The blue star should always be in the upper left corner, and all other should follow the flags color/star layout. Get ready for public shaming if you wear this and social media gets a hold of it.

Great quality, Great design
Vision Wear International makes such quality stoles! This Panama stole was very shiny satin, and nicely embroidered on the stars. I had many compliments on it at my graduation. The design is great as well. It is both a literal interpretation of the nation’s flag as well as an abstract one. Many people mistook it for an American or even Texas stole though… Still I could fold the ends of the stole and show them what the Panama flag looks like. It was fun! Definitely would recommend purchasing.
