Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via the requested shipping method. Most stock items ship within 72 business hours of receipt. All orders are confirmed automatically to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, and your payment method was accepted, please check your spam/junk folder. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped via 2nd or 3-day air carry complete tracking. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or International Mail carry loss insurance, but claims may take up to 30 days to process.
Privacy & Security
We do not store credit card information on our servers. We keep all customer information confidential. We do not sell our mailing list to anyone.
Returns & Replacements
All returns require pre-authorizations and requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. We take returns on products that are defective. No returns are accepted for failure to meet a deadline as a result of time in transit. After receiving authorization, the return address will be provided.
